The Lower Sukhumvit Darts League. The league was founded by Osmo Hupli, a Finn who ran a bar / restaurant by the name of Blue Lakes on Sukhumvit Soi 23. The bar had two darts boards upstairs, and dining tables downstairs. A pool table was soon brought in, and the Lower Sukhumvit Darts League, and the Lower Sukhumvit Pool League were born. The bar sadly is no longer with us. Osmo now runs Bamboo Grove, in Hua Hin. At the request of many of the players, the darts league returned in early 2003, after a short absence, and under different management, and results first appeared on the internet for season six.
