Aqui-Pak    Lower Sukhumvit Darts League

                                Season XIV   -   Round 1

Darts League Kicks Off

After first round victories Domino Titans and Silver Dollar lead the first division of the Aqui-pak Lower Sukhumvit League which started last Tuesday.

With two draws in the first division, last Season’s runners-up, Domino Titans narrowly lead the division from Silver Dollar, while reigning champions Flaming Moe’s hold third place.  The Titans and Moe’s meet in the second round though, and both teams will be eager to take the early points at this stage which may later prove crucial.  Wild Job travel to Silver Dollar, Cat’s Meow will be looking for their first points at Bully’s Pub and Domino Inter host the Lazy Pelicans.

In Division Two, the renamed Peli-Can lead having taken two points from Domino Seniors.  Domino Stone and the Down Under Wabbalies also won their first games giving them two match points each.  With new teams entering the league in division two and eighteen teams now in the league overall, this fourteenth season looks to be one of the best yet.

The league is always happy to welcome new players, whether living locally or passing though on holiday.  Anyone interested in joining a team should check the website at www.BambooSiam.com or email darts@bamboosiam.com, or attend one of the matches, where the captains will be happy to explain about the league.
