Season XIII - Round 7Flaming Moe’s Go Top at the Half Way Mark The two leading teams in the John Smith’s Darts League faced each other in a tight match in the last round of the season’s first half.. Domino Inter’s Suzuki and Sam took the first two singles but Simon of Flaming Moe’s came back with the third single and with Johnny took the first double to keep the match wide open. Domino’s singles winners paired up to take the second double, but Moe’s came back with the third double from Ben and Simon to leave Domino needing the team game to draw the match. This wasn’t to be though, and Flaming Moe’s win gave them the team game, the match, and the division leadership all at the same time. Now at the half way mark, a team from Flaming Moe’s leads each division, with the Moe Syzlak Experience looking very strong with the league’s only perfect seven from seven winning performance. Round seven saw three 180 maximums all in 8-2 victories: Ray of Moe Syzlak away at the Moonshine Assassins; from David in Silver Dollar’s home win over The Shining; and from Komsan of Bully Cobras visiting the Lazy Pelicans. Elsewhere Domino Titans rose to second place in the first division following their win over the Offshore Overboards, and Cowboy Job continued to struggle losing at home to Cat’s Meow. In division two Blues On The Rocks won comfortably against the Pelican Leftovers, and Domino Stone won 8-2 away to the Down Under Wabbalies. Round 7 Results Tuesday 27th February 2007
