Congratulations to Cat’s
Meow, winners of the second 2004 season of the “Lessons for Life” Lower
Sukhumvit Darts League. Finishing with 24 points, they won all but two
of their games. A very creditable second were Captain Kenny’s ACSP. In
a last minute tussle for third place, Starlight Blues’s victory at Texas
Rangers saw them leapfrog into third place, overtaking Offshore who were
beaten by Cat’s Meow. The Evicted Ones who were leading Cat’s Job on
points difference, cemented their position by beating Cat’s Job. Silver
Dollar finished seventh out of eight, with Texas Rangers below them.
Congratulations also go to Kenny, finishing at the top of the individual
table with 220 points, the only player to exceed 200. Second and third
places respectively went to Nok and Gai, both of Cat’s Meow.
There will be a top 16
event next Tuesday, 25th November. It is already known that
several players within the top 16 are not available, so their places
will be taken by players from outside the top 16, and for this reason it
is probably worthwhile for players in the top 25 or so to attend.
Several bars will be used, but events will centre around Moonshine
Joint.
