Game Report
The first round of the
league went off smoothly with no problems reported. Offshore Overboards
sprang to the top of the standings with an 8-2 victory over Buffalo
Rangers. The Overboards will no doubt be hoping to do the same this week to
Buffalo Job. Ned put in a creditable performance, earning eighteen
individual points, with Bruce of Offshore and Kenny of Maximus close
behind. This week also sees Maximus with their first home game in their new
venue at Maxx, and Checkers travelling to Moonshine. Will we see our first
draw, or perhaps our first whitewash? Will someone beat Ned’s record of 18
individual points.
Amended scoresheets are
in use this week, so again please let me know if there are any problems.

note for all captains, please make sure that you use different pairings in
each of the three doubles matches.
